Vikki Jackson Return Policy
- You are entitled to a refund or replacement if goods are missing, damaged or the wrong item was sent. You will be reimbursed for items and return postage.
- If an item is damaged due to neglect, abuse or improper use then a return will not be accepted. All goods come with a guarantee of replacement or refund under the Australian consumer law. All returned items require a proof of purchase. Refunds for your purchase will be returned using your original payment method. Contact must be made via phone or email within 30 days or receiving goods. Email to vikki@vikkijackson.com.au
- Change of mind policy, clothing returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn & in original condition with labels & stickers still attached. Returned postage to be paid by customer
- Please note that delivery costs are non refundable for a chance of mind
- Clearance products are excluded from a change of mind return. A change of mind return will not be granted if we identify an unreasonable and excessive return pattern, these individuals may be restricted from future purchases
- Refund processing time 7 Days
